Job Summary:
The opening for Director of Segment is a truly unique opportunity to manage a team of professional bankers in driving execution and delivery within a specific segment of our market.
This is a senior leadership role with the primary responsibility to optimize economic profit for the Bank from a portfolio of high profile corporate relationships in a thoroughly professional manner, in line with Standard Chartered Bank strategy and policies, and with attendant credit responsibility and accountability.
The role calls for an in-depth knowledge of the market, Wholesale Banking products, credit assessment and structuring, and people management skills
Qualification Required & Experience
Strong academic and professional background (minimum 8 - 10 years of Wholesale banking or relevant experience) with a track record of deal origination, execution and a desire to excel and succeed in a competitive environment will be key considerations for selection
