Job Vacancy For Administrative Assistant
Duties
• Coordinators day-to-day activities, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls and other appointments, and making appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Executive Director.
• Maintains daily communication with team leaders to determine assignments, priorities, and seeks clarification as necessary.
• Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the office, project teams, or group leaders.
• Organizes hospitality such as ordering and setting up lunches and office events.
• Prepares presentations and reports.
• Prepares correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
• May maintain logs and databases for design and construction. Administration activities.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years admin experience, preferably in office management
• Proficiency in ICT, e.g. Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Autocad, etc.
• Proficiency with design software, social media usage a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across an organization
