A leading micro-finance company is advertising the following vacant position and invites qualified individuals to apply:- Human Resource / Admin Officer
Duties / Responsibilities
• Supervise the HR operations and administration functions
• Assist in implementing terms and conditions of service for all staff
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, induction, and appraisal of employees.
• Provides salary and benefits administration and rewards management services in the most efficient and timely manner
• Provide training and education to aligh staff behavious and practices with organisational values
• Should be able to project HR gap analysis and help the organisation in addressing the needs
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or other related field from a reputable university or college
• At least 2 years management experience gained from a similar or a related banking/financial institution
• Intermediate experience and knowledge of human resources management techniques
• Intermediate experience and knowledge of the application of best practice human resources management techniques including recruitment and selection, organisation development, job benefits writing, remuneration and benefits, performance, managing poor performance, staff development, pension and retirement plans, employee relations and communication
