A leading micro-finance company is advertising the following vacant position and invites qualified individuals to apply:- CEOs Secretary

Duties / Responsibilities

•  Provide all secretarial and administration support to the CEO, senior management team and the baord of directors.
•  Ensure confidentiality of corporate information
•  Coordinate and monitors strategic CEO's projects
•  Update and maintain external and internal contact database, handle and respond to queries

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelor's degree or HND in secretariaship or related subject from a reputable polytechnic or university
•  Two years of experience as a secretary / administrator
•  Ability to work under pressure with diplomacy and tact
•  Proficiency in computer software application and advanced typing speed
•  Excellent writing ad verbal communication skills
