An International Freight Forwarding Company is seeking to recruit Sales Executive (On contract basis).

Job Description:

•   Prospecting for new clients for the company
•   Following up on customer interactions
•   Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
•   Responding promptly to customer complaints
•   Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle complaints and inquires
•   Follow a weekly cycle of contacting all clients to address any issues they may have
•   Managing customer accounts
•   Present weekly reports of all clients

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years experience in shipping & logistics
