The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Develop and institute effective monitoring and evaluation systems and tools for the council's operations
•   Collate and analyse statistical data on the book industry to inform management decision
•   Develop instruments for book industry research
•   Conduct studies on market patterns, dynamics and emerging trends in the book industry
•   Ensure the development and maintenance of a current and accurate database of the local book industry

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited tertiary institution is any of the following fields, statistics, economics, sociology, social science or related field
•   A minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in a reputable organisation
