We are representing a leading European Biofuels company who are looking for an experienced Agronomist and Plantation Manager to manage and work on a 4000 hectare Jatropha plantations in Ghana.

Duties will include :-

•  Management of plantation staff of up to 500 employees
•  Overall management of the plantation , ensuring it is properly maintained
•  Harvesting and the logistics of getting the harvested commodity to the factory
•  Road Construction
•  Planning the evolution of the plantation such as replanting and extensions
•  Financial and budgetary control
•  Trade Union negotiation

Qualification Required & Experience

You must have at least 3 years Commercial experience in the Plantation business and be willing to work in a remote environment
