Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma/ HND in Cookery.
• Must be able to cook a variety of dishes, especially Continental and local dishes.
• Experience as a head chef or Sous Chef
• Knowledge of good record keeping and kitchen management
• Problem-Solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
