Secure Travel and Tours is seeking to recruit Air Ticketing Officer.

Job Description

• Make reservations and book air tickets for clients
• Book bulk tickets for package tours.
• Provide tourists with travel information and ticket booking details.
• Organise, schedule and book travelling tickets per individual travel plans.
• Collect appropriate fares from customers upon delivery of travel tickets.
• Introduce the company to other businessesfor theprovision of travel-related services
• Any other jobs that will be assigned by the CEO or your Supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

• Qualification: SSSCE, HND or degree required
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in any two GDSs – Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre would added advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Sound practical understanding of the basic computer applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Clear voice, well-groomed and impressive appearance
• Proven ability to keep calm under stressful situations and sell tickets
• Profound ability to go by the organisational strategies and rules
• Sales and customer service skills
