Job Description
• Typing correspondences and office work;
• Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
• Transcribing documents from audio tapes
• Taking notes and creating detailed texts
• Receiving and dispatching mails
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the Office;
• Keeping and managing records, office stationery and equipment.
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Diploma, Associate's degree
• Office administration,
• Typing and note taking, Secretarial work,
• Familiarity with office equipment
• Strong English language skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
