Job Summary:
The Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the company.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strategic mindset and a track record of success; with ambition, with experience of influencing and persuading at the highest level; and a creative, solution-led approach to the provision of leading-edge HR services
Compensation and Benefits: Negotiable and commensurate with experience
Qualification Required & Experience
The skills and abilities to be an effective HR practitioner at Dalex transcend HR expertise with a focus on a clear understanding and empathy with the company's core business and endeavours.
Experience of working in a financial institution is not essential but the ideal candidate should have exposure working with an international organisation either locally or overseas.
As HR Manager you should have:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Diplomatic and negotiation skills
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Outstanding organisational skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work with personnel from all levels
• Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
• Numerical and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of Ghanaian employment legislation
• An interest in career development and training within the workplace
• Relevant CIPD qualifications and commercial experience, for example in management or law, would be an advantage
