Even when coronavirus safety measures and social distancing separate people, food brings them together and shows them how important it is to reach out to loved ones. Food also shows people how important it is to support each other, especially the most vulnerable.

Millions of Africans struggled with food insecurity before the COVID-19. With layoffs, school closings and other economic challenges, the UN recently warned that several million Africans will be pushed to starvation in proportion to biblical times in the next few months.

Job Description:

Your job is to talk to government workers, schools, churches, hospitals, companies and businesses in your community to start their own Superior Foods Farms or join a Superior farm group near them. It will help secure their food security and provide food for people in need.

Take a moment to think about the important role food plays in your life. Think about all the ways food connects you to people, places and memories you love and cherish.

Schools, churches, hospitals or individuals who live by a river or a lake, can start their journeys to food security and long term profits with tilapia or catfish farming in a floating superior raceway. Photo above.

During the dry season, they can solar pump nutrient rich water from their floating raceways to grow anything - cash crops, staple foods, vegetables and fruits for profit.

Ensuring Sustainable Farming in Africa

Companies, schools and individuals who live in cities or in areas with no river or lake, can construct solar powered boreholes to start their journeys to long term food security and profits.

They can pump water from their solar boreholes into their land based raceway systems to grow tilapia and catfish.

The nutrient rich water from their fish ponds can be used to grow tomatoes, ocro, pepper, garden eggs, watermelon, cabbage, pineapples and many more crops 365 days in the year, during the rainy or dry season, day and night.

At Superior Raceway Systems, we promote fish farming with organic vegetables and organic crops farming.  aimed at reducing unemployment in Africa. We support our farmer members with different farming-related services to improve their businesses.

Provision of sales and marketing services

Superior Raceway Systems helps registered farmers to sell and market their harvested fish and crops.

Farmer training

Superior Raceway Systems trains farmer members on some of the best aquaculture and crop farming techniques to improve production of tilapia, catfish and crops.

Equity Finance & Farm Management Services

Superior Raceway Systems provides 55% equity finance for Superior Farm Projects anywhere in Africa and India. The company offers Professional Farm Management Services for all projects.

Field Workers

We are currently recruiting a large number of field workers in Africa and India. These Field Workers specialize in teaching sustainable fish farming and organic crops farming.

Once a farmer joins Superior Raceway Systems, the farmer automatically becomes eligible for training. Anybody can join as a farmer member.

Our team is actively out there at the grassroots level engaging with tens of thousands of business people, professionals, civil servants and farmers to get them to join. It is a community effort, going from village to village, city to city, town to town, country to country, sharing with people about the potential of how Superior Raceway Systems can help.
