Job Description

•  Managing diary of Managing Director;
•  Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
•  Acting as interpreter in meetings when required.
•  Answering phone calls in French language.
•  Managing and maintaining budgets;
•  Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
•  Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
•  Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Fluency in French and English
•  Diploma/HND in Bi-Lingual Office Management
•  IT skills
•  Secretarial skills
•  Attention to detail
•  Flexibility
•  Teamworking
•  Organisational skills.
