A forward looking Pharmaceutical company is searching for: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• You must be a smart, conscientious and performance-oriented individual to lead our Sales Team.

As Sales and Manager Manager, you shall be expected to carry out the following functions, among others:

• Translate the company's strategic plan into a clear sales and Marketing Plan to ensure effective and efficient delivery of targets for Sales and Marketing
• Coordinate the activities of the Sales Team to facilitate effective and results oriented teamwork
• Engage with key stakeholders of the business in a manner that stimulates mutually beneficvial interaction between the company and its customers
• Lead the company's engagement with institutional customers as well as professional groups

Please Note: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a major advantage
