Plan and execute strategies to meet the operational objectives of the organization in terms of product development, staff capacity building and development, business and market development and ultimately the achievement of sales and other business development targets.

Potential applicant must have core competencies in the following Key areas:  

•  Credit Management Function, Strategy  Development , Policy & Procedure Guidelines;
•  Operational Compliance to Internal Control and Regulatory Policies and Procedures;
•  Risk Management;
•  Staff Training and Development;
•  Operational reporting and communication

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Profile

•  Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or any equivalent relevant qualification.
•  Masters Degree or its equivalent will be desirable.
•  Minimum 5 years experience in a micro finance environment, two of which should have been in a Senior Management position.
•  Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
•  Ability to work independently.
•  Excellent personal attributes such as accuracy and personal integrity.
•  Must be computer literate.
