A swimming pool / waterfalls company is looking to hire a Marketing and Business Development Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop growth strategies and plans
• Develop the business sales and marketing plan and strategies.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing plans and strategies
• Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
• Increase clients base
• Follow-up after-sales customer and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints.
• Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
