A reputable company whose operations cuts across the transportation, Heavy Duty and Earth Moving industries, seeks the services of Head of Finance. The company operates all over the country with offices in both the northern and southern parts of the country.

Head of Finance

Objective of Role: Manage and advice the company on all financial elements of the company's strategic plans.
Responsible To: The Managing Director

Key Responsibilities: Include but not limited to the following:

•  Gather and analyze information on investment opportunities in liaison with the company's banks and develop strategies to manage the company's liquidity prudently at all times without keeping excess current assets.
•  Ensure company compliance with all regulatory requirements of statutory bodies like the Ghana Revenue Authority and SNNIT for the payment of income tax, SSNIT contributions among others
•  Provide and interpret financial information to the BOD and management as and when required and advise management on the efficient allocation of resources

Qualification Required & Experience

Education / Experience / Skills

•  Second Degree in Finance / Accounting
•  Minimum of 10 years working experience in financial management
•  Minimum of 5 years in senior management position
•  Be a qualified member of ACCA, or ICAG or Both
•  Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office suite and any accounting software
