Job Purpose:
To supervise the individual and group loan activities of the company to achieve financial and operational performance targets, and overall sustainability of operations.

Key Competencies:

•  Plan and ensure achievement of individual and group loan financial performance in designated areas of operation.
•  Review and recommend for approval loan requests from individual and group applicants. Ensure disbursement, collection and monitoring of individual and group loans.
•  Monitor group formation and development.
•  Monitor loan repayment performance of individual and group loan clients.
•  Manage the Credit and Micro Loan Officers
•  Build and develop client relationships, business and market opportunities.
•  Support transformational activities among clients and staff
•  Promote a culture of gender equity and sensitivity among branch staffs
•  Provide leadership to key personnel within the assigned territory in terms of training, coaching, staff – client relationships, grievance / conflict resolution etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Profile:

•  Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent relevant qualification.
•  Higher National Diploma (HND) with relevant experience
•  Excellent personal attributes such as accuracy and personal integrity.
•  Must be computer literate.
