A reputable institution in the (Digital Press Industry) is seeking to recruit Customer Service Personnel

Looking to employ a very dynamic, eloquent, ambitious young professional, result oriented Customer Service Representative, to help expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring customers through online marketing tools.

The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Present online Ads for branding and Souvenirs in a positive light to prospective customers. As well as identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. And Advertise using innovative, attractive and appropriate vocabulary.

Requirements

• The candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and Internet.
• Should Speak, Write, Read and Understand English FLUENTLY
• Should understand digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Should have skill in creative content writing and excellent communication
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Capable to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Should have basic secretarial/admin knowledge (Microsoft WORD & EXCEL)
• Ability to work under pressure and over deliver time
• Should be organized and very disciplined
• Should be comfortable to work with a Team

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND or equivalent in marketing or communication
• Applicants aged between 18 – 25
• Female candidates encouraged

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company services online.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Interact with customers and suppliers
• Explain to clients how specific types of advertising/branding will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
• Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
• Photocopy, Printing, Scanning, Binding etc.
