A reputable financial institution in the Eastern Region seeks to employ the services of completent persons for the following position: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operations of the branch
• Ensure Compliance and implementation of all the control system of the bank
• Supervise the daily accounting transactions
• Prepare regular reports to the operation manager Lead the Branch mobilization team
• Grow the Branch loan portfolio

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree in Banking and Finance (Accounting or Marketing Option), HND qualification (Accounting or Marketing Option).
• Part qualified professional course (ICAG, CIMA CIB etc)
• A minimum of Three (3) years working experience as Branch Manager in rural banking.
• Must be knowledgeable in emerge T-24 Software
