Qualification Required & Experience

•  Master's Degree in Economics from a recognised university
•  Two years working experience;
•  Demonstrable understanding of the links between macroeconomic policy and the labour market in Ghana;
•  Ability to write project plans/proposals/reports
•  Ability to analyse complex situations and make decisions in a timely manner;
•  Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
•  Ability to co-ordinate projects/research;
•  Strong experience and knowledge of policy research;
•  A team players
•  Strong communication (verbal and written) skills;
•  Ability to use SPSS in data analysis (STATA will be an advantage)
•  Background in statistics will be an advantage
•  A good knowledge of trade unionism will be an added advantage
