Job Vacancy For Administrative Operations Manager
Marketing Support Consultancy LTD is seeking to recruit a Administrative Operations Manager.
Job Description
These include but not limited to:
• Provide a strong and positive leadership to the Administration unit operations
• Develop and/or review administration and IT policies and propose where applicable
• Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office at all time.
• Demonstrate high proficiency to meet budgets, productivity and timeline targets for all logistics, equipments and other office supplies demands
• Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in office administration and management, including procurement process
• Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills
• Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and strong judgement.
