We are a cleaning company looking for an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the position below: Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive employees to meet goals and ensure they have all the support they need to excel in their jobs
• Decisive in making decisions and acting with confidence during the process
• Must be reliable with a high sense of commitment and honesty
• Ensure employees follow company standards by constantly coaching and redirecting performance

Qualification Required & Experience

• Applicants must possess a minimum of first degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years in a similar field
• Being a member of a professional body will be an advantage
• Training in relevant areas of work health and safety would be advantageous

Skills / Competencies required

• Knowledge and experience of cleaning operations on a significant scale
• Experience of managing a large and busy team
• Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Computer literate with sufficient knowledge in MS office
