Job Purpose
• Lead New Business Team to achieve Land Sales targets for industrial Parks and all other land development projects for Land Holdings
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead Team to achieve all Sales target through a diligent and intelligent approach.
• Grow Investor Market Share across ASIA, UK, US, EU and AfCFTA Regions
• Lead the planning, designing and implementation of New Business Efforts for Sales Closure
• Lead new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements.
• Design and implement a scalable sales strategy that can grow with the business and result in at least 10% YoY Land Sales Growth
• Develop and deliver the Sales plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate sales reports.
• Build referral and lead generation network.
• Mentor and train sales reps to improve performance, reduce turnover and provide on-the-job support
• Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
• Any other task assigned by MD
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a degree is Sales,Marketing, or other related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales and marketing experience
• Cross cultural experience will be an added advantage.
