Job Vacancy For Regional / Branch Managers (Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tema)



An international general insurance company requires the services of young, dynamic and self motivated individuals to be appointed as Regional / Branch Manager as part of its effort to further transform and expand its business operations in Ghana.

Responsibilities

•  Supervise and Co-ordinate the operations of staff and agents
•  Design and implement regional marketing programmes
•  Achieve annual premium targets, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelor's degree or HND in marketing and/or any related discipline
•  Professional certificate in insurance will be an advantage
•  A minimum of four(4) years experience in the general insurance industry
•  Ability to work independently, be a team leader/player, possess good communication skills

Location: Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tema
