A Multinational Security Company is offering immediate employment for the position of:

Transport Officer

Key Responsibilities:

. Overall management of company fleet, their repairs and maintenance.
. Prepare vehicle allocation schedule and allocate vehicles to ensure a smooth running of our operation.
. Ensure that all drivers have a valid driving license.
. Ensure that all drivers know road traffic / Inter-Con rules and regulations
. Supervising all drivers, training them and conducting appraisals as required by management.
. Ensure all the vehicles have the necessary equipment and are roadworthy.
. Ensure all vehicles have valid documentation
. Manage a daily vehicle inspection program to detect faults and damage to the fleet.
. Investigate and prepare reports on vehicle accidents and misuse
. Reporting to management on all aspects of fleet performance

The Ideal Candidate Will be / Have:

. Diploma or equivalent in logistics or Transport field
. At least 5 years work experience in a similar environment
. Adequate written and oral communication skills in English
. Well organized and ability to set priorities and pay attention to detail
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Ability to work in a team with a complex work environment.
