The Catholic University College of Ghana (CUCG) invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following position: Head of ICT Unit

Duties:

• The successful applicant will be required to prepare a strategic and operational plans for the ICT Unit, develop, implement and maintain policies related to ICT
• Also, provide services including procurement, distribution and assets management, take steps to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes and systems are in place to meet the requirements of the university
• The successful applicant will also develop and manage the planning and budgeting for the university's ICT services in the with international growth

Qualification Required & Experience

For the appointment in the position of Head of the ICT Unit, applicants must possess the following:

• A good master's degree in IT/ICT/Computer Science or its equivalent professional qualification
• Must possess a minimum of 10 years working experience in a relevant industry
• Must have served as a Senior Assistant ICT Officer for a minimum of period of 6 years in the service of the University or in a comparably industry
• Applicants shall have a record of 10 publication (e.g memos, reports, conference papers, proposals, refereed journal papers etc.) on ICT/matters which shall be assessed
