We are looking for an Assistant Secretary who will support the Administrator in clerical duties.
Key Duties:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Organizing and distributing messages
• Maintaining company schedules
• Organizing documents and files
• Greeting business clients and guests
• Documenting financial information
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Diploma required
• Knowledge of MS Office
• 1 – 3 years professional experience
