Our client,West Africa’s leading multi-brand distributor of Machinery, Equipment and parts now seeks the services of Head-Telemarketing reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for 3 entities: Ghana, Guinea, and Nigeria
• Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives
• Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
• Develops scripts for use by the telemarketing team.
• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
• Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
• Resolves customer complaints and grievances.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in related field with proficiency in CRM systems.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Call Centres and Outbound Marketing.
