Reports to: Head Chef
Summary of Position:
• Responsible for the preparation of client meals. Helps in developing new methods of cooking and new menu items.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner
• Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus
• Inspect food products and supplies as needed
• Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
• Check food before it is served to customers
• Control and minimize waste
• Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a minimum of SSSCE or WASSCE certificate
• 2 years’ experience working in similar position.

• Hardworking and respectful
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Extremely high personal hygiene, hair, teeth, fingernails, etc, and attractively dressed or possibly in uniform.
