Job Description

• Successful Applicants will be monitoring the online platform remotely and assisting users having with challenges.
• Successful Applicants will assist new clients register, train and monitor growth
• Applicants must be IT inclined and pay attention to details
• Applicants Must have a Smart phone, Laptop or a smart device to access the online portal
• Applicants Must be a team player, be willing to learn and have a can do spirit
• Must be a problem solver, decision maker and be able to work under pressure
• Must be a good communicator and be familiar with how to perform CRUD operations
• Experience in online and in person marketing will be an advantage.
• Talking to clients and assisting them in registration
• Lead and implement all marketing activities and monitor campaigns
• Have an appreciable typing speed
