One of the leading Rural Banks in Ashanti Region is seeking suitably qualified applicants for the positions of Credit and Microfinance Assistants

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Credit returns and portfolio analysis for management information
• Mobilize and animate groups
• Disbursement of loans to beneficiaries
• Recovery of loans from customers
• Prepare data for submission to credit bureaus

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND or first degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a similar position

Competencies and Skills

• Strong Communication and people skills including presentation skill
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office suite
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Good team player
