Job Vacancy For Human Resource and Administrative Officer
A reputable indigenous property management company located in Accra is looking to hire experienced candidates for the position of: Human Resource and Administrative Officer
Responsibilities and Duties
• Daily tracking of receivables
• Update of account receivables ledge with client's payments and monthly turnaround sales
• Monthly reconciliation of account receivables ledger with monthly collectors report
• Preparation of clients invoices
• Assist with the monthly payroll procedures, including statutory payment processes and taxation's
• Preparing directors fees and allowance schedule is for payment issuing individual payment advice
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Ensuring effective record keeping, filing systems and file movements
• Act as the first point of contact dealing with correspondences and phone calls
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising meetings, events and conferences
• Typing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
• Any other tasks assigned by the finance and administration manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an Administrative Officer
• Solid knowledge of Office procedures
• Experience with office management software such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
