Newmont Ghana Gold Limited and Newmont Golden Ridge Limited, subsidiaries of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the would's gold mining companies, are seeking to recruit qualified and experienced persons for the following position at its Accra Office - Regional Human Resource Manager, Centralized Services 122028

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Vice President - Human Resources. S/he will define and execute strategy for the centralized services function.

Essential Duties:

•  Responsible for the day to day running of Centralize Service function (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Global Mobility and HR Technology
•  Build and maintain effective relationships with Executives, Department Heads, and HR Business Partners that assure speed and teamwork.
•  Build trust and credibility and manage relationships with internal networks and external vendors, regulatory and government agencies and business contacts to achieve business results.
•  Promote an open and collaborative environment by encouraging the sharing of information and resources across boundaries.

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical skills, Education/ Training & Experience

•  A degree in Human Resources or Business Management. Advanced degree is preferred
•  Demonstrated management one or more HR functional areas with a minimum of 10 years experience intenational exposure highly desirable
•  Proven experience directing, engaging and influencing management to make effective decisions.
•  Experience developing and leading effective, efficient and cost-effectuve HR processes and systems.
•  Proven track record of improving organisation performance through targeted HR stragies and programs
•  Ability to solve tough, complex and ambiquous problems, ability to exercise sound judgment, flexibility, resilience, initiative and commitment in an environment of rapid change
•  Ability to work within a multinational corporation with people from various cultures and areas of the business.
