A major player in the Oil and Gas Industry in Ghana invites applications from dynamic, result oriented and well qualified individuals to occupy the following positions in the Organization

Director Of Resource Management

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director Resource Management would have responsibility for:

1. All pre-exploration planning and licensing issues of the organization
2. Seismic, data acquisition and related issues of the organization
3. Broad geology and geophysics within the organization
4. Joint responsibility for plans of development, including pipeline infrastructure
5. Joint responsibility for appraisal programmes
6. Responsibility for all G&G related permits
7. Any other duties assigned by the chief executive

Qualification

1. A minimum Masters level qualification in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum geology, Drilling Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar qualification
2. A minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience in the upstream petroleum industry preferably with deep water experience, five of which should have been in a managerial position
3. Appropriate professional certification
4. Ability to lead teams in a strategic environment
