A reputable organisation in Accra wishes to recruit the following: Office Assistant / Dispatch Clerk

Responsibilities

• To manage and develop an effective filing system to make updating and retreiving files easier
• Dispatch official bill and letters and maintain logbooks for examiniation by supervisor
• Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming the facility and equipment and restocking oil cleaning and materials
• Any other assigned responsibilities

Qualification Required & Experience

• A higher Diploma in a tertiary institution, a valid riders Class A License and a minimum of 5 years of experience, knowledge of Accra would be an added advantage but not necessary
• Should be computer literate and knowledgeable about office equipment
• Applicant must be between 28 and 40 years
