A large agro-industrial group is seeking to recruit experienced RPAS (Drone) Pilots to conduct agricultural spraying on a plantation in Ghana. The RPAS (drones) shall be operated mostly at night with the regulatory standards being observed

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight checklist, safety/risk assessment and mission planning
• Complete RPAS flight accounting to Ghana civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations
• Analyse weather forecast to ensure safe flights
• Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Knowledge of the company's rules and regulations is paramount and the operators must be able to operate in a safe and effective manner

Qualification Required & Experience

The holder must have the following skills and qualifications

• Must hold a valid GCAA RPAS license with a minimum of 6 months experience
• Comfortable operating a RPAS in various weather and light conditions
• Robust problem-solving abilities and multitasking required
• Must have a good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Must be ready to relocate outside Accra
