Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of First Degree in Information Communication Technology or Computer Science
• Must have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
• Excellent knowledge of IT packages, especially MS Word & Excel
• In-depth knowledge of computer networking and hardware
• Must possess good inventory of how software and operating systems work
• Problem, solving skills i.e excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solutions
• Strong customer focus and ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail
