Site Supervisors are wanted for immediate employment by Edlorm Housing Limited

Job Summary

•  Responsible for all project-related matters, including resolution of project and technical issues, attending regular site meetings, and ensure accuracy and timely submission of all project-related documents.
•  Organize the construction crew to allocate work according to schedule and perform quality checks regularly to ensure meeting quality standards
•  Coordinate administrative, logistics and operational work, as well as liaise with Clients’ project personnel to prepare, execute and fulfill project deliverables and schedules
•  Delegate/assign tasks to workers (artisans) as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements
•  Ensure effective use of all materials and equipment.
•  Inspect work areas regularly for potential hazards and rectify, so as to maintain a safe working environment
•  Report and assist in the investigation of safety violations, dangerous occurrences and accidents, where necessary
•  Responsible for tools/PPE issued
•  Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc/HND Civil Engineering or Architecture
•  Minimum of 4 years practical hands-on supervisory experience
•  Excellent team-building and supervisory skills
