Job Summary

•  Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs network, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals and vendor management
•  Must possess technical expertise in Networking and Security and well conversant with Routers, Security Devices, Switches, Wireless LAN
•  Must possess networking technical skills for commissioning, performing test and technical security audits etc
•  Must possess technical expertise for managing all kinds of Servers and Applications
•  Must possess technical skills for understanding and analyzing IT requirements of the organization
•  Must provide expertise and support during systems up-gradation, installations, conversion and data migration and file maintenance
•  Responsible for drafting IT policy for the organization and IT Road map for the next 3 years including developing of standard operating procedures and protocols and guidance to IT staff and end users
•  Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades

Qualification Required & Experience
