Responsibilities:

• Hiring new sales workers
• Managing a team of at least 2 people
• Monitoring the work of sales managers, ensuring their implementation of sales plans
• Working with existing client base
• keeping daily reports
• creating your own sales strategy

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• At least 1 year experience in managing a team of 3 or more people
• Ability to negotiate, work with objections and knowledge of sales techniques
• Successful personal sales experience
• Experience in recruiting sales staff
