Job Vacancy For Front Desk Executive



A qualified and experienced staff is urgently needed to fill the position of FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE in Takoradi to manage client visits and ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and customer service are demonstrated at all times for client satisfaction.

Skills Required.

• Must be friendly, patient and helpful.
• Must be knowledgeable and abreast with current trends about the job.
• Must be trustworthy
• Must have good written, verbal and non-communication skills
• Should have excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guest and assist them with check –in and check-out task.
• Respond to all guest questions and requests in a professional manner
• Answer and forward calls to the appropriate departments.
• Register new clients and update profiles of existing ones on the database
• Assign rooms to guests and inform them of other amenities available
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Handle and resolve guests’ complaints and escalate when necessary
• Sort and distribute incoming mails and other correspondence
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned when the need arises

Qualification Required & Experience

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• HND or First degree in Hospitality or any related field
• Basic computer knowledge is required (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Must be proficient in English (oral and written)

Relevant Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in same or similar environment
