About the Unit

Yara is the world’s leading mineral fertilizer company with a truly global presence and with leading positions in ammonia, nitrates, NPK and specialty fertilizers. Yara Ghana was established in 2007 to strengthen the quality and depth of input supply and related services along agricultural value chains to increase the productivity of Ghanaian farmers.

Yara Ghana is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its digital team. The position will be based at our Head Office in Accra and will report to the Digital Retail Solutions Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support Crop and Digital Solutions in implementing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutions
• Work closely with and support the Digital Enablers, to feed data into the solution backend system
• Communicate with customers with a strong brand voice and address their enquiries and issues through Zendesk
• Manage and update the customer facing knowledge base and help desk content
• Assist in communication between the Performance Marketing Campaign team and the respective Product Owners for technical issues

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile

• A university degree in business related studies
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Fluency in some local languages will be a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Excel and other tools such as Power BI dashboards for data analysis
