Job Vacancy For Admin/Procurement Officer At Maersk Oil (Tema)
We are looking for a self driven individual to handle Contract and vendor management, procurement for operations, management of office cases and travel management. Reports to Chief Financial Officer and direct supervises receptionist
We Offer
Exposure to Administration and procurement in a container terminal. Experience in planning and organisation in a fast paced environment. Enhanced project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the general administration & facility maintenance services at the Terminal.
• Ensure proper and an efficient vendor selection and engagement process
• Ensure perfect housekeeping including cleaning, uninterrupted supply of utilities and facility in the office premises at all locations
• Carry out monthly review analysis of car running and fuel consumption cost, log book review and present report to management. .
• Ensure timely maintenance of all car
• Ensure perfect inventory holding for all printing, stationeries and other office consumables used by office and also ensure proper cost allocation amongst profit centers.
• Handle all general legal litigations initiated by or against the company through effective follow up with company Lawyers and drive for early resolution
• Manage travel request efficiently and ensure feedback received from all stakeholders. Also ensure key partnership with travel contacts.
• Prepare an updated contract register for all running contract entered by APMT – Admin related. Get contracts for all tenancies and leasing valid all the time. Get service quality related penal clauses inserted on all contract with suppliers.
• Maintain sound relationship with fixed vendors such as Land Lords, etc
