Job Description

• As an Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generation new business and maintain existing client relationships

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through various channels such as referrals, cold calling and networking
• Conducting client needs analysis and presenting insurance solutions
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Attending meetings and training sessions to stay up date on industry trends and products
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be 25 years and above and have a Diploma or undergraduate degree
• Candidate who are 30 years and above must have a secondary school certificate or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must have a sales experience
