A reputable rural bank in Ashanti Region is looking for experienced and suitably qualified person to be considered for the following vacant position: Internal Audit Assistant

Job Purpose

• The role is to support the Internal Auditor in the provision of vital assurance to the NRB Board of Directors and Senior management (and Bank supervisors) as to the quality of the bank's internal control system thus reducing risk of loss and reputational damage to the bank
• You will be required to execute audit duties in planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing and reporting in line with professional auditing standards and bank audit requirements

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a University Degree in Business, preferably in accounting or finance from a recognised university
• Part professional qualification in ACIB, ICAG, ACCA, etc
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably systems audit in rural banking environment
• Suitable applicant should also has relevant experience in banking operations
• ACIB and Master's will be an added advantage
