A multinational telecommunication company

The successful candidate shall manage the business from operations and financial perspectives to ensure that potential business risks and opportunities are addressed appropriately.  The role reports to the Managing Director

Roles Specific Requirements:

•  lead team to develop the strategic plan for implementation and offer regulatory and contractual management for all internal and external engagements
•  Identify and carry out Skills Gap analysis to support training needs
•  Prepare and deliver departmental budget, report and financial statements for auditing
•  Lead product development to expand the product portfolio.
•  Ensure consistent revenue and growth through the achievement of yearly budget

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

•  Minimum ten (10 years) experience in operations management
•  First degree in  Engineering and Business Management
•  Professional membership of Ghana Institution of Engineers (GHIE)
•  Experience in liberalisation, regulation, competition and customer segments in the communication market.
