Job Description

• The successful candidate for the Facility Management Officer position will be responsible for management and supervision of maintenance of the property and facilities within the Development and ensuring that all regulatory requirements of the Development are met according to standard.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• A professional and/or post graduate qualification in Facility Management
• Minimum of 3 years post national service work experience Facility Management in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Remuneration: Negotiable

Location: Accra
