Position Overview:
• As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
• You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office processes, and providing support to various departments.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful office management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership.
• Maintain office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
