An accountant is wanted for immediate employment.

Job Purpose: Financial Controlling

Priority 1

•  Furnish Management  with cash flow statement of the company on weekly basis
•  Responsible for claims and collections for the company. (A report on this should be presented to management on weekly basis)
•  Responsible for timely payment of payroll including payments to Ghana Revenue Authority (G.R.A.) and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT)

Priority 2

•  A periodic preparation of Management accounts to aid management take decisions regarding the company’s finances.
•  Establish and coordinate cost centres of all projects of the company to help Management determine the viability of all projects.
•  Liaise with external auditors in the preparation and submission of yearly Financial Accounts to the Ghana Revenue Authority

Priority 3

•  Control cost of operations to the barest minimum
•  Prudent Management of bank transactions to avoid issuance of dud cheques.
•  Finalizing the preparation of bills of quantities, quotations and issuance of pro-forma invoices

Qualification Required & Experience

•  ACCA II
•  5 years working experience
